Confirmation that holds
From shared scheduling to complete audit planning.
A calendar entry only proves that somebody typed it in. confirmator obtains the answer that matters: has the other side agreed? Bindingly, on the record, and visible to both.
Why appointments still slip through
Anyone who runs many appointments rarely runs them in one place: some in the company calendar, some in a line-of-business system, some in email. Reconciling costs time – and something still slips through. The reason is almost never forgetfulness. It is the one missing answer: did the other side actually accept?
In four steps
- 1
Create the appointment
Date, times or all-day, location, information – shared or internal only.
- 2
Choose participants
Who gets notified, who has to confirm? Two separate questions.
- 3
One click is enough
Confirm straight from the email – or request a change. No account needed.
- 4
Everything in view
Confirmations, change requests and every adjustment in the calendar, in real time.
What sets confirmator apart
End-to-end encrypted
Documents are encrypted in the browser. The key is created on your device and never leaves it in the clear. We cannot read your files either.
Nothing to learn
Participants need no account and no introduction. They open an email and click once. Everything else is our job, not theirs.
Real-time adjustment
When one side moves a block, the other sees it immediately – with a log both can read. No phone calls, no three versions of an agenda.
Built in Switzerland
Developed in Switzerland for the Swiss market – in German, French, Italian and English.
For auditors: the whole plan, not just the date
An audit is not one appointment with many participants. It is a frame holding many small appointments – across days, parallel tracks and several sites. Nobody attends all of it. That is why every confirmation here belongs to a single session.
Checklists with standard clauses
ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 – or your own. Several standards at once, overlapping clauses merged.
Sessions generated for you
Tick the clauses and sessions appear with a suggested duration. You adjust length and placement – and always see what is still unscheduled.
Auditors and participants
Assign sessions across your audit team. The audited side adds its own people and roles – you approve the changes.
Three-year cycle in view
Which clauses are covered, scheduled, still open? Across the whole cycle, per standard.
Audit plan as PDF
Every day, session, time and participant in one document – with a version number, so nobody brings a second plan to the table.
Evidence encrypted
Documents travel both ways, end-to-end encrypted, visible only to those authorised for that session.
Operations and data protection
Data protection
Processing under GDPR and the revised Swiss Data Protection Act. This public site sets no cookies and embeds nothing from third parties.
Data centre
Operated in an ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centre in Nuremberg, Germany.
Encryption
TLS throughout; documents additionally end-to-end encrypted, with keys held only by the parties involved.
On the record
Every change to an appointment appears in a log both sides can read – append-only, not editable.
