Pricing
Basic use is free. You only pay once you plan more appointments – counted per year, and an appointment is consumed only when the invitation is sent. A discarded draft costs nothing.
Expert and Enterprise are fixed, see the table. The price for Business is still being set and will appear here as soon as it is – and in the development log.

Participants never pay
Anyone confirming an appointment needs no account and pays nothing. That holds permanently and in every plan – a service where the invited side had to pay would not be confirmed, but ignored.
Several auditors, one account
From Business upwards, several business users work in the same account – for instance several auditors planning one appointment together or sharing appointments between them.
Invitations are always sent by exactly one person. The others are added to the planning, see the appointment and their sessions, but do not send themselves.
⚠ This is deliberate, not a missing permission: without this rule an account could be split across several organisations, and the quota limit would have no effect.
Currency, invoice and cancellation
Billing is annual, in advance. The currency follows the registered seat of the invoice recipient: CHF for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, EUR for the EU.
For a paid plan you create a customer account with address and country – without the country neither the currency nor the tax can be determined.
Cancellation up to 30 days before the expiry date. After that a new billing period begins. You can see the term from–to in your account at any time.
