Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of confirmator via confirmator.net. The public site confirmator.ch is freely accessible and requires no consent.

2. Accounts and roles

• A business account plans appointments and sends invitations. It becomes

payable once the free quota is exceeded.

• A participant access confirms appointments and is free of charge.
• Credentials are personal and must not be shared.

3. Quota

The quota is counted per year and is consumed when an invitation is sent, not when an appointment is created. A discarded draft costs nothing.

4. Obligations of the user

Invitations may only be sent to people who can reasonably expect them – for instance because a business relationship exists. Bulk sending to purchased addresses is prohibited and leads to suspension.

5. Availability

The service is provided without guaranteed availability. Maintenance windows are announced where they can be planned.

6. Termination

Either side may terminate at any time. After termination, data remains retrievable for 90 days and is then deleted.

7. Governing law

Swiss law, place of jurisdiction at the operator's registered office.
